Effects of water (CF-WE) and methanol (CF-ME) extracts of Cimicifuga foetida on the viability of glioblastoma (GBM) and glial cells. ( A ) Cell viability of U87 MG, A172, and T98G GBM cell lines treated with varying concentrations (0–800 μg/mL) of CF-WE for 24, 48, and 72 h showed a significant dose- and time-dependent decrease in cell viability, with stronger effects at higher concentrations and longer treatment durations.
